Southern Peach Cobbler

peach cobblerPeach Cobbler is another southern dessert. My grandma taught to make to this peach cobbler, and I love it. This recipe only uses 4 Ingredients. If you don’t like peaches, maybe add cherries, blueberries or apples. Cobbler is simply delicious especially hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Yummy!

Let’s Get Baking!

You will need:

1 cup of Self Rising Flour

1 cup of Milk

1 cup of White Sugar

1 can of Peaches (you can use fresh peaches too).

Optional: 1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

Directions:

Pre-Heat Oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, milk, sugar and cinnamon together. Pour into a well-greased baking dish.  Pour canned peaches into the middle of the mixture. Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream.

Enjoy!
