Pineapple Upside Down cake was made by Nana for many years, and it was always delicious. This recipe only uses 5 ingredients and makes a yummy dessert. The pineapples make the cake really moist. Next time you have a sweet tooth, then give this recipe a try!

You will need:
1 Yellow Cake Mix (and ingredients for the cake mix)
1 cup of Brown Sugar
1/4 cup of Butter melted
1 can of Pineapple Rings (drain juice)
1 can of Maraschino Cherries
Mix cake batter according to box directions. In a circle baking pan, pour melted butter and brown sugar. Place pineapple rings into the bottom of the pan into the brown sugar and butter. Place the cherries inside the pineapple rings. Pour cake batter into the pan over top of the pineapple and cherries. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Once cooked, let cool. Loosen edges of cake along the sides with a butter knife. Turn cake upside down onto a plate.
