Baked Cheesecake Stuffed Peaches

peachCheesecake stuffed peaches are so delicious. They are a light but sweet dessert. Simple, Quick & Delicious!

Let’s Get Baking!

You will need:

3-4 Peaches (cut them in halves and take out the pit of the peach)

1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon

2 tablespoons of Butter melted

1 teaspoon of Brown Sugar

2 ounces Cream Cheese

2 tablespoons of White Sugar

1 Egg Yolk

1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Whisk metled butter, brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon together. Brush each peach with the mixture thoroughly.  In a mixing bowl, beat with a mixer the egg, vanilla, white sugar and cream cheese until smooth and well combined. Fill each peach with cheesecake mixture. Sprinkle the other 1/2 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon on top of the peaches and cheesecake mixture. Place filled peaches in a large casserole dish and bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until peaches are tender. Let set for a few minutes and serve. Garnish with Cool Whip.
