You will need:
1 box of Red Velvet Cake (and all ingredients for the cake)
1 can of Cream Cheese Icing
1 package of White Almond Bark Chocolate
Bake cake according to the box directions. Let cool and crumble the cake into pieces in a bowl. Add the Cream Cheese icing. Mix well. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Heat the white almond bark chocolate in a double boiler. Dip each cake truffle into the chocolate and place onto wax paper to cool. Sprinkle with red or green sprinkles for Christmas Colors.
