Homemade Dinner Rolls

Homemade Yeast Rolls are so delicious. You can’t beat homemade bread. This recipe is so simple and tasty.

Let’s Get Baking!

You will need:

1/2 cup of Milk

1/2 cup of Sugar

1/4 cup of Butter melted

1/2 cup of Warm Water

2 packages of Active Dry Yeast

1 teaspoon of Salt

4-5 cups of All-Purpose Flour

2 Eggs beaten


In a large pot, bring milk to a boil. Once milk is boiling, add sugar, salt, butter and eggs. Mix well and set to the side. Mix yeast and warm water together. Let set for 2-3 minutes. Then add yeast and water mixture to the milk mixture. Mix well. Gradually add the flour until a dough forms. Place dough onto a floured counter top or surface. Kneed dough until dough takes on an elastic feel. Brush some melted butter all over the dough. Place dough into pan and cover with a warm kitchen towel. Place dough in a warm area and let dough rise for 1 hour. Do not touch dough during this time. After dough has risen, place dough out onto a floured surface and pinch into balls. Place on a well-greased baking sheet and bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Brush butter on top of rolls once finished cooking. Serve with Butter or Honey
