Easy No-Bake Bread Pudding

No Bake Bread PuddingBread Pudding can be hard to master sometimes. You will not fail with this bread pudding recipe. This bread pudding tastes the same as a baked bread pudding, but with less time and ingredients. This is a great recipe for people who love custard.

Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

1 large box of Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix

3 cups of Milk

4-5 slices of Bread cubed (I use Brioche French Bread or Hawaiian Sweet Bread) (Dinner Rolls would work too). Just soft and fluffy bread 🙂

1-2 tablespoons of Ground Cinnamon

1/4 cup of Pecans chopped (other nuts can be used too) (optional) 


Whisk vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon and milk together. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Place the bread cubes into a casserole dish. Pour the pudding mixture over the bread. Sprinkle the top with chopped pecans (if using). Let set for 3-4 minutes. Best Served Warm.
