You will need:
For The Filling:
2 packages of Cream Cheese soften (8oz) each
3/4 cup of Peanut Butter
2 cups of Cool Whip
1 cup of Powdered Sugar
Tip: you can add 1/4 cup of Crushed Peanuts or Reese’s Candy for crunch to the mixture if preferred.
1 & 1/3 cups of Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup of Sugar
1/3 cup of Butter Melted
For Whipped Topping:
1 Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
3-4 tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs, Sugar and Butter together. Fit mixture to a pie pan and bake at 350F for 8 minutes. Let completely cool. In a large bowl, use a hand or stand mixer and mix cream cheese, cool whip, peanut butter and gradually add the powdered sugar. Taste and if not sweet enough, add a little more powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and well combined. For the Whipped Topping, mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer the whipping cream and 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar on a medium to high speed until soft peaks form. This takes about 3-4 minutes. Layer the pie into the crust and top with the homemade whipped cream. Top pie with crushed Reese’s Candy or Peanuts if preferred for decoration. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
