Reuben Dip

Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

1 jar of Sauerkraut drained (16oz)

1/2 lb of Corned Beef from the deli diced

1 package of Cream Cheese softened (8oz)

2 cups of Swiss Cheese shredded

1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup of Thousand Island Dressing

Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper for taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Serve with chips, crackers, or pretzels. Goes great with Rye Bread Crostini.
