Let’s Get Cooking!
You will need:
1 pound of Beef Top Sirloin sliced into strips
1/2 cup of Onion diced
1 teaspoon of Rosemary chopped
3 large Potatoes diced (I prefer red potatoes and leave the skin on)
2 teaspoon of Garlic Pepper Seasoning
2 tablespoons of Oil
Pinch of Salt for taste
1/2 cup of Sliced Bell Pepper (optional)
Tip: Other veggies go great in this too such as asparagus.
Boil potatoes in water on medium to high heat for about 10-15 minutes until almost fork tender. You want the potatoes tender but not falling apart. In the mean time, stir fry beef, onion, and bell pepper in the oil. Season with Garlic Pepper Blend. Stir fry for about 5 minutes until beef is no longer pink. Once potatoes are done, strain them and place them into the skillet with the beef. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes and season with rosemary and salt. Serve.
