Let’s Get Cooking:
You will need:
3-4 Ears of Corn shucked and cut off the cob
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
1/2 stick of Butter
Salt and Black Pepper for taste
Tip: Add 1-2 teaspoons of Bacon Grease for extra flavor
In a food processor, pulse half of the cut off corn until creamy. Pour the creamy corn into a pot with the other half of the cut off corn. Also, add the butter, cream, salt and black pepper. Cook on a medium to low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. The corn should thicken as it cooks. Serve.
