You will need:
2 Cucumbers sliced
1/2 Red Onion sliced
3 small Tomatoes sliced
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Italian Dressing
Pinch of Salt and Crushed Black Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
