Let’s Get Cooking!
You will need:
Approximately 1 pound of Beef Skirt Steak Or Top Sirloin thinly sliced
4 cups of cooked Egg Noodles
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (14oz) can of Beef Broth
1 cup of Mushroom slices (Optional)
1/2 Medium Onion diced
2 tablespoons of Butter
1 Large Garlic Clove diced
1 teaspoon of Fresh Parsely chopped
1 and 1/2 Cups of Heavy Cream
Salt and Black Pepper
Stir Fry meat until done with a little salt and black pepper (4-5 minutes) on medium heat. In a large skillet, add garlic, Parsley,butter, onion, mushrooms and beef broth! Bring to high simmer and add cream and mushroom soup! Whisk continuously on a medium high simmer until sauce becomes thicker (3-4 minutes). Then add cooked pasta and skirt steak. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve.
