Fresh Garden Salsa


I always make this salsa and my entire family loves it. It’s fresh and healthy.

Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

29oz can of Whole Tomatoes (do not strain)

1/2 Medium Vidalia Onion

1-2 Jalapeños (I remove the seeds)

1 small Bell Pepper

2 heaping tablespoons of Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon of Sugar

2 Limes Juiced

1 Garlic Clove

1/2 cup of Cilantro not chopped

Pinch or two of Salt


Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Sometimes I add more salt, sugar or cumin after tasting. Serve.
