Delicious Guacamole


Let’s Get Cooking!

You Will Need:

3 Ripe Avocados pitted and removed from shell

1 Lime Juiced

1 Jalapeño diced (other peppers can be substituted just use less)

1-2 tablespoons of Fresh Cilantro finely chopped

1-2 teaspoons of Sugar

1-2 teaspoons of Cumin

1 small Garlic Clove minced

2-3 tablespoons of Green or Purple Onion diced

2-3 tablespoons of Fresh Tomatoes diced (optional)

Pinch or two of Salt and Black Pepper


Place all ingredients in to a bowl or mortar and crush all ingredients together with a fork or a pestle until smooth or chunky as you prefer. You can also put these in a food processor. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve with chips.
