You will Need:
2-3 cups of cooked shredded Rotisserie Chicken
4 cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/4 cup of Onion diced
2 medium to large Potatoes peeled and diced
1/2 stick of Butter
3-4 cups of Chicken Broth
1 cup of Heavy Cream
1 tablespoon of Fresh Chopped Parsley
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper for taste
Place all ingredients into a soup pot and bring to a slow boil. Stir often. Then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary. Serve with hot biscuits.
