Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

My mom made me this dish for years. It is now a forever staple in our home especially around the holidays.

Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

3-4 Large Baking Potatoes peeled and sliced thinly

1/2 of a Small Onion diced

8 or so Thin Slices Velveeta Cheese. (I just use enough to cover the potatoes)

1/4 cup of Milk

Salt and Black Pepper for taste

Directions:

Pour the milk into the bottom of the casserole dish and place the potatoes, onion and cheese into layers with a little bit of each ingrediant in each layer (I usually do two layers). Season with salt and black pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for about 40-45 minutes until potatoes are fork tender. Serve.
