Beef & Noodles




Let’s Get Cooking!

You Will Need:

2 cups of Shredded Roast Beef (I use my leftover roast beef from a pot roast)

3 cups of Beef Broth

1/2 cup of Heavy Cream

1/4 cup of Onion Diced

1/4 stick of Butter

1 package of Egg Noodles

Salt and Black Pepper for Taste


Place onion, beef broth, butter and cream into a large and deep skillet or cooking pot and bring to a boil. Add the egg noodles and shredded beef. Mix well and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Reduce heat to medium to high and cover with lid. Let cook for approx. 10-15 minutes until noodles are tender. Stir occasionally to keep noodles from sticking. Serve.
