High Rising Meringue 

Want a tall meringue for your next pie? This recipe is the key! 

   

   
Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

6 Egg Whites at room temperature 

1 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar 

2 teaspoons of Sugar

Directions:

In a cold glass or stainless bowl, use an electric mixer on medium-high speed and whip the egg whites and sugar until foamy. Then add the cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks form. Top your pie.
