If you like candy canes or peppermint, then you will love this fudge. It’s simple but delicious. A refreshing fudge after a holiday meal.

You Will Need:
2 packages of White Chocolate Chips (12 oz bags each)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup of Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips
Melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a double boiler on medium to high heat until melted and combined. Stir Continuously. Fold in the Andes Peppermint Crunch so that it is swirled through out the fudge. Pour into a foiled lined casserole dish. Let set and cool for 2 hours. Remove foil and slice.
