Shredded Beef Shepherd’s Pie

I started making this recipe because I loved Shepherd’s Pie but I’m not a huge fan of ground beef. I use my left over pot roast beef and turn this into a great meal.





Let’s Get Cooking!

You will Need:

3 cups of Peas and Carrots

2 cups of Shredded Beef

1 Package of Brown Gravy Mix

1/2 small Onion diced

1/2 cup of Beef Broth

4 cups of Mashed Potatoes

Salt and Black Pepper for taste


Sauté onions in a sauce pan until tender, add beef broth and bring to a simmer. Whisk in Brown Gravy Mix and stir until a thick gravy forms. Mix together peas and carrots, shredded beef and gravy. Pour into a casserole dish and top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and potatoes are browned.
