Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

Note: If you don’t like sausage or don’t have it available., then you can use all ground beef.

1/2 pound of Ground Beef

1/2 pound of Italian Sausage

1 Large Egg

1/2 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs

1/4 cup of Onion chopped

1/4 cup Bell Pepper chopped (optional) 

1 Large Garlic clove minced

1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

1 teaspoon of Fresh Basil minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form meat mixture into balls about the size of golf balls. Place meat balls in a casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes until done. Mix with pasta sauce and fresh parmesan cheese.
