Delicious & Easy Salisbury Steak & Gravy

Let’s Get Cooking!

You will need:

For Salisbury Steak:

1 and 1/2 pounds of Ground Beef

1 Egg

1/2 cup of Bread Crumbs

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce

2 tablespoons of Chopped Onion

1 tablespoon of Ketchup

1-2 teaspoons of Dry Mustard

Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper

For Gravy:

1 can of Campbell’s French Onion Soup

2 cups of Beef Broth

1 Package of Brown Gravy Mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients for the Salisbury steak together until everything is well incorporated. Form small loafs or patties and place in to a skillet on medium/high heat. Cover skillet with lid and cook patties on both sides until no longer pink. Remove any excess grease from skillet. Once patties are done, pour in beef broth, french onion soup and brown gravy mix. Whisk until gravy becomes thick and no clumps are left from gravy packet. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans and a dinner roll.
